Jocelyn has nearly 30 years of fundraising experience. Her area of expertise is annual funds, including reunion giving, volunteer management, data analysis, and collaboration with alumni relations and major gifts. Jocelyn developed her annual fund skills at her alma mater, College of the Holy Cross, known for its high level of alumni participation. Jocelyn took her experience to Stonehill College where she directed the Annual Fund and then to Wheaton College (MA) where she developed and led their reunion giving program. Jocelyn also directed the annual funds at two private high schools. She has been part of campaigns at all five institutions and places high value on relationship-building with both colleagues and external constituents. She enjoys mentoring those new to development, for oftentimes their first exposure to the field is as an annual fund officer. Jocelyn volunteers at the Franklin Food Pantry in various roles including development coordinator.
